JW Marriott Los Cabos boasts a stunning modern design with beautiful pools and great dining options, but my stay was marred by service inconsistencies and some maintenance issues. The air conditioning was a major problem initially, and the staff's responsiveness varied. Overall, it’s a lovely property but needs better training for staff and more attentiveness to room maintenance.
